Aaron Tango

Aaron Tango

President/Co-Founder


Aaron is the president and co-founder of Tango & Gatti, a company he established in 2009. With over 25 years’ experience in the home improvement industry, Aaron has shaped Tango & Gatti through his principles of honesty and loyalty, creating a company rooted in trust and compassion. Known for his genuine care of people, Aaron demonstrates these values daily in his leadership. He is HAAG certified and holds a Texas Adjusters License, underscoring his commitment to industry excellence. An active member of The Branch Church and the Sugarcreek Business Association, Aaron values community engagement and integrity. For Aaron, the best part of being a part of the Tango & Gatti family is the mutual respect, love and support shared among the team, where everyone goes above and beyond to help and uplift one another. Outside of work, he loves spending time with his family, especially playing card and board games with his kids—where he’s become somewhat of a UNO playing legend, at least in his own head. Aaron also has a unique hobby of collecting rocks, often found searching for the perfect stone on any property he visits. Additionally, he enjoys a good round of golf, metal detecting and feeding the fish in his pond. His favorite quote, by Henry Ford, reflects his outlook on life: “Whether you think you can, or you think you can’t—you’re right.”

Angie Tango

Angie Tango

Office Manager


Angie brings 13 years of sales experience and a strong foundation in business and marketing from her degree at Methodist College where she was a 2 time NCAA national champion and a NCAA All- American as a member of the golf team. In addition to her professional role, Angie is deeply involved in her community, serving on the board for Hospice and helping organize their annual golf fundraiser. She is also an active volunteer at Th Branch Church and a member of the Miller Avenue Elementary PTO. Angie values the teamwork and camaraderie at Tango and Gatti, where everyone supports one another and makes work enjoyable. Outside of her professional and volunteer commitments, she treasures spending time with her family. She also enjoys playing golf, board games and hosting gatherings at her home. She finds inspiration in a quote from Tim Tebow: “I don’t know what my future holds, but I do know who holds my future.”

Scott Lowe

Scott Lowe

VP of Operations


Scott is a seasoned professional in exterior building products, bringing over 25 years of experience to Tango & Gatti. A graduate of West Holmes High School, he went on to earn a bachelor’s degree in Sports Management and Business Administration from Mount Vernon Nazarene University. Scott spent much of his career at ProVia, where he held key roles, including Production Supervisor, Customer Service Team Leader, Account manager for Doors & Windows, Account Manager for Roofing, and eventually Director of Sales for Metal Roofing. He is a certified metal roofing installer, HAAG certified, and Air Vent Certified. An active member of Mercy Hill Church in Berlin, Scott often serves at the welcome table, sharing his warm and welcoming spirit with others. What Scott appreciates most about Tango & Gatti is the genuine selflessness of his coworkers and the joy they bring to their work, creating a supportive environment that benefits everyone professionally and personally. Outside of work, he loves traveling with his wife around the country, especially any destination that does Segway tours. He also enjoys the outdoors hiking, hunting and fishing. One of his favorite traditions is his annual fishing trip with his father and sons to the French River Basin in Ontario, Canada. However, what Scott may be known for most is his passion for “THE” Ohio State Buckeyes. His mancave, decked out in Ohio State décor, reflects his unwavering enthusiasm for the Scarlet and Gray. Scott’s favorite scripture, Proverbs 3:5-6, guides his life: “Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all ways acknowledge him and he will make straight your paths.”

Henry Mast

Henry brings a wealth of industry experience to Tango and Gatti, including a background as a former construction business owner. With extensive knowledge in roofing, siding, deck building, and door and window installations, there’s not much he can’t do. Henry’s favorite part of working at Tango & Gatti is the friendly, supportive environment and the strong sense of teamwork, where everyone collaborates toward a common goal. Outside of work, Henry is known for his incredible selflessness and compassion as he and his wife open their home to foster children who need a stable and loving environment. In addition to spending time with his wife and kids, his absolute favorite activity, he can be found on a trail riding his bike or in the back yard experimenting with a variety of foods on his smoker. He lives by the quote, “Believe you can, and you are halfway there!” a motto that reflects his optimism in both his professional and personal life.

Andrea Yutzy

Andrea serves as the Office Administrator at Tango & Gatti, where she plays a vital role in keeping operations running smoothly. She attended Kirkwood Community College and has gained over 2 years of experience in administration and accounting, helping her bring both expertise and a strong work ethic to her role. Beyond her professional background, Andrea has also completed 2 years at Off the Wall Discipleship program, shaping her leadership and teamworking skills. She thrives in Tango & Gatti’s family-oriented culture, appreciating how everyone genuinely cares about each other’s success – both personally and professionally. Outside of work, Andrea enjoys a spirited game of volleyball, traveling and experiencing new cultures, exploring the outdoors, and learning new languages. She finds inspiration in the words of C.S. Lewis, “True humility is not thinking less of yourself, it’s thinking of yourself less.” Andrea’s dedication, positivity, and willingness to support her team make her an invaluable part of Tango and Gatti. In many ways she is the glue that holds everything together.

Gavin Hershberger

Gavin is an experienced project consultant at Tango & Gatti, with a strong focus on storm assessment and soft Washing. As a HAAG certified professional and a licensed Texas adjuster, he demonstrates a deep commitment to professionalism and quality service. Gavin finds great fulfillment in Tango & Gatti’s supportive work environment, where he values the chance to make a positive impact on others, going beyond just selling a product. Away from work, Gavin loves watching all sports, especially football. He is a loyal fan of the Pittsburgh Steelers and the Michigan Wolverines, and while we try not to hold that against him here at Tango and Gatti, we do like to have some spirited banter, but we love him all the same. Gavin also enjoys exploring with his metal detector, going out to dinner with his wife and taking his dog on long walks. He lives by the words of Walter Hagen, “You’re only here for a short visit, don’t hurry, don’t worry, and be sure to smell the flowers along the way.”

Dave Hayman

With over 20 years of sales experience, Dave bears a tremendous influence on our team. He attended Ohio University and is deeply involved in our community. He is a founding member of BNI Tuscarawas, a board member of the Tuscarawas Chamber of Commerce, and a board member at the Springdale Health Center. Additionally, he serves as the choir director at Bible Baptist Church, where he combines his love of music with his commitment to faith. Dave’s favorite aspect of working at Tango & Gatti is the company’s dedication to serving the Lord and the fostering of a genuine family atmosphere. In his personal life he enjoys traveling and spending time with his family, studying his bible, fishing, cooking and watching his favorite movies. One of Dave’s greatest attributes is his deep love for his furry friends. He is known for taking in any hurt or orphaned animals that come his way, giving them the care and compassion they need. He finds inspiration in Isaiah 40:31 “But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run and not be weary, and they shall walk, and not faint.”

Kevin Knotts

Kevin brings over a decade of experience in property inspections and insurance claims, providing thorough services to both the insurance companies and homeowners. His numerous certifications—including HAAG certified, Xactimate Licensed, and Texas Property Adjuster Licensed—highlights his commitment to quality service and expertise. For Kevin, the best part of being a part of the Tango & Gatti family is the supportive culture that values teamwork and personal growth, encouraging everyone to bring out their best. Outside of work, Kevin has many talents; he is an accomplished artist with incredible drawing and painting skills, which earned him several art scholarships. He also enjoys a competitive round of golf, woodworking projects, watching movies and most importantly, spending quality time with his family. In fact, he has quite the story to tell about the memorable 2 a.m. arrival of his child—right on the kitchen floor! Kevin draws inspiration from Ghandi’s quote, “You cannot shake hands with a clenched fist.”

Wayne Schlabach

Wayne brings a wealth of experience and expertise to his role at Tango and Gatti. His professional journey began with 10 years on a construction crew, where he honed his skills in siding, roofing, and framing. He then spent 9 years as an estimator at Keim Lumber, analyzing blueprints and evaluating products such as roofing, interior trims, doors, windows, siding and structural loads. For the past 12 years, Wayne has been a valued member of the sales team at Tango & Gatti. His educational background includes 2 years of training in drafting blueprints, along with various certifications in load management, focusing on joints and trusses. He is also deeply involved in his community, as a member of Grace Church and serving on the board of Ducks Unlimited. His favorite aspect of working at Tango & Gatti is meeting new people and collaborating with what he considers the best team in the business. In his free time, Wayne enjoys canoeing, backpacking, woodworking, leatherworking, and just about any outdoor activity. In fact, he even crafted his own wooden canoe, which he uses to explore various waterways across the country. Wayne lives his live through the inspiration of his favorite quote, “We don’t know what the future holds, but we know who holds our future.”

Jeff Stutzman

Jeff has deep roots in both construction and sales, having grown up working alongside his father and brothers in their family business, Stutsman Construction. It was this foundation that sparked his passion for building and serving others. Later he expanded into sales, first as a sales representative for Shearers Foods and then as a sales representative and circulation manager at Trader Publishing, where he developed strong communication skills. A dedicated teacher in his churches children’s ministry, Jeff finds joy in helping others grow and reach their full potential in Christ. He values the close-knit relationships at tango & Gatti and takes pride in the company’s high standards and stellar reputation for quality. In his free time, he loves making memories with his family through a mix of fun and adventurous activities. He also loves a competitive game of basketball or tennis or simply unwinding with a favorite movie. Known for his contagious smile that can light up any room, Jeff is grounded by his favorite bible verse Jeremiah 29:11 – “For I know the plans I have for you, declared the Lord, plans to prosper you and not harm you, plans to give you hope and a future”—a powerful reminder of his faith and purpose.

Jason is a dedicated project consultant at Tango & Gatti with a strong background in management and sales. He previously spent several years running the stock room at ProVia before moving on to a 20-year career at Wayne Garage Door, where he excelled as both a sales consultant and general manager. A graduate of Garaway High School, Jason proudly served in the Marine Corps from 1993-1997, bringing that same discipline and dedication to his professional life. He holds both a HAAG certification and a Texas adjuster license, highlighting his commitment to his profession. Beyond his professional accomplishments, Jason is head of security at his church, reflecting his strong sense of responsibility and faith. His favorite part of working at Tango & Gatti is the faith-based culture, where values are evident not only in the workplace, but also in the genuine relationships built with the clients. Outside of work, Jason enjoys spending quality time with his family, going on dates with his wife, and engaging in outdoor activities like hunting and fishing. An avid weightlifter and fitness enthusiast, Jason has a physique that resembles a “big rhino,” but he is known for his kind and soft heart—a true teddy bear who cares deeply for others.

With over 8 years of combined experience in roofing, framing, deck building, and siding, he brings a wealth of knowledge to his role. Gary is also certified to install doors, windows and roofing, ensuring every job meets the highest standards. What he values most about working at Tango & Gatti is the Christian environment and the sense of family among his colleagues, who share a joyful and supportive attitude. When he's not working, Gary loves spending time with his wife and two kids. He also enjoys a spirited game of softball and enjoys hunting and camping. Guided by his favorite bible verse Philippians 4:13— “I can do all things through Christ who gives me strength”—Gary finds reassurance in knowing he can face any challenge with his trust in Christ.

Mark has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, making him a valued asset at Tango & Gatti. Along with his general knowledge of construction, he is especially talented when it comes to painting or drywall work. Mark is also highly organized, ensuring that all the companies equipment arrives at the right jobsites on time. His favorite part of working at Tango & Gatti is the family atmosphere and the team’s dedication to supporting each other’s tasks and life goals. When he’s not working, Mark is active in his church, First Baptist of New Philadelphia, where he leads the 2 nd & 3 rd grade children’s ministry. Passionate about service, he frequently participates in mission trips both at home and abroad. A dedicated Ohio State Football fan, he holds season tickets and rarely misses a chance to attend games. Mark also enjoys day hikes in the Adirondack Mountains, where he loves photographing nature and doing woodworking projects in his shop at home. His favorite scripture verse is 2 Timothy 4:11 “Only Luke is with me. Get Mark and bring him with you, because he is helpful to me in my ministry.” Reflecting his commitment to faith and helping others.

Cam brings a wide range of skills to the Tango and Gatti team. With experience in general construction—covering painting, decking, fencing and siding—he’s a perfect fit for our company. A graduate with honors from Garaway High School, Cam values the strong character and camaraderie of his coworkers. When not at work, you can find him reading a good book or spending time in the great outdoors, from big game hunts in the backcountry of North Dakota to duck hunting on Cape Cod. Along with his great hunting skills, Cam is also an avid fisherman and canoer. Guided by his favorite scripture verse, Philippians 4:13, “I can do all things through Crist who strengthens me,” Cam brings a positive and dedicated approach to both his work and personal life.

Lucas, a 2024 graduate of Garaway High School, brings a well-rounded knowledge of construction business to Tango & Gatti. As a certified window and door installer, he is skilled in his craft and eager to expand his expertise. Lucas values the opportunity at Tango & Gatti to learn multiple trades and enjoys the excitement of tackling different challenges each day. When not working, he is dedicated to helping others and is an active member of NewPointe Community Church in Dover. He also serves as a camp counselor at Camp Buckeye, where he further develops his passion for mentoring others. Lucas also loves to be in the outdoors, hunting and fishing. However, his greatest passion is to work on vehicles, especially his famously loud truck that sounds like thunder as it barrels down the road. In fact, many say it is the loudest they’ve ever heard, often announcing his arrival before he’s seen.
